TACTICS officers take part in leadership formation at A-WILL ‘25

Last July 23 to 26, 2025, The Ateneo Consortium of Technological, Information, and Computing Sciences (TACTICS), together with other co-curricular and extracurricular organizations within AdNU, came together to experience the impactful return of a leadership tradition in Ateneo de Naga University—the Ateneo Workshop on Ignatian Leadership for Life (A-WILL), hosted by the Office of Student Affairs.

The four-day workshop was graced with generous and excellent insights from Ms. Leciel Ramos, Fr. Jboy Gonzales, SJ, Mr. Tats Quiblat, and, of course, the University President himself, Fr. Aristotle Dy, SJ. Inspirational messages were also shared by Mr. Jam Revilla, Ms. Antonette Eduardo, and Hon. Gayle Abonal-Gomez.

In pursuit of becoming changemakers and competent leaders for the TACTICS community, Gil Jose Peñaflor (President), Kirsten Gail Querubin (Secretary), and Jearevh Natividad (Safe Space Officer) immersed themselves and learned what it truly means to become not just a student leader, but an Ignatian one.

As the event was also a culmination of formation, the participants opened themselves and allowed their hearts to answer the call: to set the world on fire.
